Unfortunately most new cars, regardless of brand, have no spare tire. In some makes, you can purchase one as an option but they are expensive. I am with you, I would absolutely prefer a spare tire. What I did was purchase a wheel and tire from another Abarth owner who replaced his wheels and tires and carry on longer trips just in case.

So the factory tires are 225/60/17 (Circumference 2204.77mm) and the factory spare is a 145/80/17 (Circumference 2085.39mm) this space is usable in emergencies for short periods of time. A smaller or older spare should get you home if it's 10-20 miles, but if you use it you should replace with a matching tire immediately. I'd also have AAA handy.
